It takes nothing to say thank-you, except the two words. Unfortunately, we seem to have lost the ability to say thank-you in today’s society. Saying ‘thank-you’ is something you say like ‘G’day’, or ‘Goodbye’ but it doesn’t seem to carry the same impact, and it is not used in relation to the serious acts of good faith and acts that exceed expectations where a thank-you is definitely required.
